cd wow have emailed me regarding an order i placed which they were unable to fulfill.
It says as a gesture of goodwill we have sent you a voucher, but i cant find it on the email or when i log into my cdwow account. Anyone had the same problem.

Nope its in your cancellation email near the bottom - if this in regard to dirty harry.

It's under the image of Harry iirc, it's on a black background? Will check when I get home. It's part of the graphics of the mail, not seperate text.

It's defo not there! I copied and pasted everything from the order cancellation in post 3. Will email them to find out.

What makes you think there should be a voucher? It doesnt say in that email that they have sent you a voucher?

This was the reply after i complained.



Thank you for your email and I am sorry that this circumstance has left you disappointed with CDWOW.

Though we make every effort to make sure that the prices listed on our website are correct, occasionally there may be a listing error due to incorrect data coming in from our suppliers. However, whenever such an error is discovered, we inform our customers and issue a full refund as soon as possible.

This is also clearly stated in our Terms and Conditions section online.

Let me assure you that this was never intentional and we always try to pass on any discounts to our valued customers. As a gesture of apology, we had also sent you a voucher which can be redeemed on any item (including sale items).

Again, let me offer my most sincere apologies and best wishes for the festive season.

Nothing there! the copy and paste from post 3 was everything from the order cancellation.

Yesterday you placed an order for the Dirty Harry Collection on Blu-ray. Our supplier relayed incorrect pricing information for this item which was reflected by the reduced price displayed on CD WOW! Our supplier has told us they are unable to honour this title at the reduced price, so unfortunately we have cancelled your order and are processing a refund today.

Let us assure you that we at CD WOW! take great care in making sure the prices reflected on the site are correct and that all products ordered can be supplied, however occasionally there is an error and we sincerely apologise to you for that.

Nothing in the junk folder! I have kept all emails from them and nothing on them regarding a voucher. Have emailed them and will wait to see what they say. Thanks for trying to help.:thumbsup:
