Open Windows Media Player and Rip them to MP3

In Media Player go to Tools , Options, Rip Music and specify MP3.

You need a ripper , loads of freebies to do this ,I use a few but CDEX is reliable . You can get some with a built in tagger [re-namer] or use CDEX and a separate tagger .With CDEX ,put your disk into the CD tray and run the program , the CD song list will show on the screen with tick boxes on the left side ,tick the ones you want to rip and press the rip icon at the top . It will rip the tracks and name them track1.mp3 ,track2.mp3 and so on .This is where the tagger comes into play .to re-name them .Of course ,you cannot have multiple tracks1.mp3 and so on in the same folder ,so you can just right click the track and rename the song that way .
