I can only presume if you took out the 3 payment plan you wouldn't have to pay the last payment, out of curiousity, ( on the assumption that item could be faulty and there being no returns?
#11
Surely they will reopen to sell the last things on their website.............. just like woolworths. Everything must go......
#12
If you have credit with them you will have to pay, they may even be able to demand all payments immediately rather than waiting for the remainder.
#13
Won't be getting my quidco cashback then :-( !!
#14
shame.. so many companies are going bankrupt.. :?
#15
good, never liked this company since they blagged people about the laptops ages ago just to get traffic to their crappy site.

interesting.

might spend my credit note, and see what happens. its only £13!
#18
Oh damn, it's a shame, I have quite a lot of credit with them.

Hopefully they can sort themselves out, as they have decent customer service and some excellent prices.
[mod]#19
Not surprised. They were throwing credit round like confetti.
#20

#21

There's one born every minute they say

And how could you lose £110 if it wouldnt let you purchase?

Contact your credit card company and see if the payment has been taken, and if it has ask them what to do as they will probably look into it and issue you with a refund(after a long and painful process).

They had a credit note for £110 I think. They might as well try and spend it
#27
Surprised to see them go under but If they are telling you this it's probably not true.
#28
not suprised they are a complete bunch of cowboys

good riddance:)
[admin]#29
I heard a rumour about this last week, didn't realise how much they'd lost though

Shame really.
#30
Glad to see the back off!

Bunch of criminals - never refunded my CC for two returned TV's, No matter how much I called or emailed them.

In the end I had to contact my CC company and do a fraud refund request..

GOOD RIDDANCE

Also posted this in another thread...

ive had an email from them everyday for months n months.... now nothing since the 5th... doesn't look good!
#32
not suprised at all.
#33
Oh crap! I have an order with them and was holding out to cancel! I just cancelled now, will I ever see my money again? Payed with maestro...
#34
good riddance, not to those who might have lost money obviously, but these guys really were dreadful, now for pixmania and itll be a clean sweep
#35
******, i have bought a few things from them with no problems, one of my fav online shops too,
#36
Used them a few times as well and never had any problems apart from a returned external hdd (which was sorted very quickly).
Thought something might have been up though when they withdrew 3pay - that was a great scheme as well :-(
#37
I bet it was that Ashes promotion that done them. They got all cocky when they won the bet on Andy Murray and then lost it big time on the ashes!!!!!!

Grr.. have (had) £25 credit waiting for the xmas sales.. why couldnt they do down AFTER xmas..!
#40
Bought a tv from them £819.00 . It went faulty quickly so they agreed to a refund . They collected the tv beginning of October , they admit in writing they have received the tv back , i also have an email from them stating they will refund me in full of £819.00 in 3 - 5 days dated 12oct 09 . Still no refund , im in the process of a credit card chargeback as they have my money and tv which in my belief is theft

I have asked them today for details of the liquidators and they refused to give me those details , can anyone help with that on here ?
