As most know CDiscount are all but gone but i wondered if anyone was in the process of refunding/exchanging something and what theyve been told. I have a faulty TomTom that im trying to alert them too, its only two months old and after several emails no one is replying.
I paid on credit card so not too worried, but how long do you give them before claiming back through the credit card company.
Also, do i still send the item back or not if no on ereplies?
