At what age do you become an Adult?
#2
18 will be fine - that's officially adult and old enough to have a credit card for payment, which is all they will really care about...

If you can go off season (not in the school holidays) prices will drop a lot.

Don't let them put you off. Me and my girlfriend went last year to longleat and stayed in the pinewood apartments which are flats next to the plaza. It was 300 quid for mon-fri but we prob spent 500 in all. The flat was beautiful and the swimming was great especially at night. They have lots of restaurants and are all set in beautiful surrounds. We came home supremely relaxed!!

Cheers for the replies, wont be able to go off season as still at sixth form!

Rang them up today and they were fine with it. Booked 4 nights for £400, expensive 18th present it is!

At least 1 person has to be 21 to say at Center Parcs, though, as long as you alter you date f birth accordingly when you do your guest check in online.

They wont check on the gate.

I rang them up and they didn't mind :)

Any reccomended activites? I was thinking water skiing and quad biking. Then hiring out 2 bikes and also maybe buy the gf a spa thing not sure though!

I think the 21 is to deter big groups of youths going

I went before me and the wife were 21.

They didn't mind then, but they could have refused us if they wanted to.

Just telling you what they say on their website and in the booking terms and conditions.

"There must be at least one capable and responsible adult over the age of 21 in every accommodation unit."

Yeah I understand that which is why I rang and they said it was fine after checking with some high up people or something lol :). Just said I could only have a hotel room nothing else, even offered to book it over the phone there and then

Hotel room means buying food every night, bikes cost, water skis cost. You will spend much much much more than 400. Although it is great

Are the prices quoted on the website for activities per person? e.g paintball £20 or would that be for 2 people?

Yeah I know :(. Gunna buy all the activities before we go and then bring like £150 for food. And have really cheap lunch :)

My comments went mental then, £150 to eat out every night, 4 nights both of you, won't happen.

As it's the school holidays it will be vvvvv busy, you will find unless you book the table in advance etc, you won't get in.

Don't quite get what you mean by the stuff in the bold.

If each meal averages £35 should be alright with £150 surely? Point taken about booking a table so will do that when I book the activities :)

Wondered if someone would be able to help, I've booked a last minute trip with three of my friends (we're 19 19
20 and 20) and we're now worried they won't let us stay as none of us are 21. It's 2 boys 2 girls..so a couples getaway I guess but do you think I would be best pretending that someone is 21? Do they check your id on entry? Or should I ring up..I'm just scared if I call them they'll make me cancel it!
