Have all the radiators been properly bled?

Air block, ensure water pressure is kept up at the boiler while bleeding the radiators or you'll introduce another air block.

I don't think it's that cold, whereabouts in the country are you shops?

you"ve got air bags in,there should be a valv on top of each radiator
unscrew it till start leaking
the boiler should work at the time which u unscrew the valv

Really I think it's been one of the mildest, around bonfire night time has been really really cold in the past few years this year it was not too cold at all.

OP are the rads completely cold,or warm in places, like the top or bottom ?

What was the problem that was fixed before, agree it sounds like an airlock but they usually end up in the higher rads not the lower ones.

Upstairs all warm both top and bottom of each apart from 1 which is hot

Downstairs living room is slightly warm all over but hallway cold, apart from bottom right side, around the pipe

No hot water or heating at all !!! think there was a water leak inside the boiler, they fixed that and if i remember right they bled radiators, flushed the pipes out too... i think anyway, i really should have paid more attention
