Because they'll give me £40 trade-in on a Grade C

It comes with everything, charger, box, instructions etc.
Just a crack on the casing.

Can you not get a new cover for the phone to make it look new to get more value on the phone or is it not worth the extra expense?

New covers about £10 delivered..

So not really worth it..

What phone is it?? Reason I ask if they are anything like cash generators which I doubt it may be worth fitting a new fascia. Cash generators in Chesterfield had two Nokia 6230i's one looked good condition the other was all worn on the fascia and the letters had rubbed off the keys. Looked at them both and the nicer looking of the two had had about four times as much use as the tatty one, so not always an indicator going on looks, prices? = Nicer looking £45, tatty £15 + new fascia from market £3(original Nokia OEM too). They really are useless at pricing things in there though I bough at seperates Amp for £12 after checking it out on Ebay going for £80-100. PS2 eyetoy and game £5! I have seen so many errors in their pricing methods and more than half in the customers favour!

Nokia 7373. Its my sisters old phone, its not a easy switch job, it involves screwdrivers i guess.

I would suggest taking it to a market and getting them to fit a new cover tomm. I use cex quite regularly and I'm pretty sure they wouldn't take it with a cracked screen. If you was to buy a phone in a shop, would you buy it if it was cracked?
#6
I doubt they'd even bother taking it. No one would buy it.

I sent a phone to CEX (internet sale) and the trouble I had getting my money was unbelievable, it took 5 weeks and many phone calls and I had to threaten them (and I had the forms written out) with small claims court.
They have sent me a cheque now, which I have just placed into my account, so I hope this clears ok.
Just my side of the story, but I would not touch them with the perverbial barge pole.
Maybe different if you go into shop and deal face to face. !!

I've taken phones into the actual shop and not had any problems ranger. I don't think I would use the online option for it though.
