CEX and a total lack of customer service. Advice needed
I sold my phone to CEX, they kept it for a month and updated their online page to say "test failed as can not set up"
It is a webos device, so I included a note in the package to say you would need to set up a webos account as it wont let you set phone up otherwise!!
So not only did they completely ignore that, I have still not had my phone back...
I presume they would of sent it tracking, but it is now 6 days since they said they returned it, they are not responding to any emails from me as to where my phone is....
any ideas or am I screwed.

When did they actually say it was being returned? You sure you're not exaggerating?

Stating they are testing then stating a timeframe different from that in yet another thread is not "shameful or idiotic" when the detail doesnt add up, checking into previous posts helps and whats more the person who said that probably tried to help before
Why should anyone give you any form for help that requires their time and there are numerous CEX didnt refund/return/deliver etc etc threads you need but look, people help to help out but I think here many think its their god given right to be assisted.

I didn't have to look through your profile; I remembered reading your original thread.
Why don't you post a comment on their Facebook page/wall?
Alternatively, try their Twitter account.
The sight of the issue in front of a more interested audience may reap the rewards you are seeking (& not gaining) here.
Good luck.

I'd rather go elsewhere.
