Thinking of buying a Wii from them at £105 as they come with a warranty, have never bought from them before and have never had a console before either,a couple of questions:

Is it better to buy from Store or Online?

Are they likely to be in good nick or scratched to death etc?

Is the warranty easy enough to claim on if you have any problems?

i have bought loads of games/dvd from cex instore and online...

my advice would be to go instore for an item of this value, they are really helpful usually and they will show you the console - also they buy and sell consoles in grades, grade a will cost the most but will be boxed and in the best condition

Consoles: All consoles will come complete with the original box, unless ‘Unboxed’ is stated in the product title. These will be in excellent condition unless stated as follows:

•Discounted - May have some slight cosmetic blemishes, and may be missing one or two accessories.
•Budget - May have large amounts of cosmetic damage and missing all accessories.
