Changes in 3 Contract.. What to do?

Hi,

I got a letter today stating there would be couple of price changes that I need to know about.

1) Any payment other than Direct Debit or Recurring Credit Card will increase from £3 to £4
2) From 20th October 2008 there is be £1 charge for receiving itemized bill I receive whilst eBills will be free.

When I took my Mix n Match contract a few months back there were no such charges but now that 3 is changing their pricing policy...am I eligible to cancel my contract? I have seen some threads before.. who were discussing about canceling contract due to the per second billing.. would I be able to do this in my case due to the fact I have received official confirmation via post?

Do let me know! Has anyone who is in Mix n Match got the same mail?
