I bought a heavy piece of furniture that I wanted uplifted from Nottingham and brought here to Glasgow and used https://www.shiply.com/

People bid to get your job and I got this brought up for £20! Originally my quote was double that - worth a look as you dont need to accept any of the quote and they all outbid each other. You are protected also and can use paypal

Have a look here http://www.parcelmonkey.co.uk/ but I'm not sure how much it will cost for something that size

Edit: Seems the prices start to go up a lot at 36KG, unlucky :-(

Check out payperparcel.co.uk, I think they may do up to 39kgs with the DHL - it is definately a heavier max weight than parcel2go as I was looking into this before Chistmas. They are a superb, I always use them as they ofer £100 compensation as standard for a few pennies more than parcel2go and parcelmonkey.
