Hi, just found this on the Argos web site. Not knowing much about Computers I'm not sure whether this is a good spec. I need 2, 1 for an 18 year old and the other for an 11 year old. Can someone let me know whether this is any good for the money?

The 11 year old might like it - but the 18year old won't. Its graphics is shared with the 1gb mem which brings that down to only 744mb. Asda have some for 250 at the moment which are better spec.
Also - [url]www.rm.com/thebasement[/url] - you can get the full office 2007 for both the 11year old and 18year old for £35 each.

Worth a shout might be a refurb from Dixons/pcworld/currys. They currently have a Dell 1525 in Blue or Red for 254.99 delivered - it's much better spec - comes in a brown box - but still with 1 years warranty.
