If you dont mind having 8mb cache you could always get a 320GB for £35 aswell.

Already have an 8mb 300gb sata, my mobo is a Gigabyte GA-8S655FX(-L)

It has two sata ports so i think it should be OK.

SATA2 is backwards compatable, so a sata2 HDD will work with a sata mobo, and the link in the first post/reply is to an IDE drive/
