I checked my order (after noticing something wrong on bank statement) and turned out i had been overcharged for 3 of my 6 HD-DVD's (by way of not getting the discount),
What to do:
Log into your amazon account and see orders from the last 6 months and find the HD-DVD BOGOF one and check its right all HD-DVD's should have a £3.50 odd promotion assuming you bought an even number and from under the promotion page.
If something is wrong:
call 0800 279 66 20
pick the final option
confirmed details and the order number, and titles you got overcharged for
let them know i had been overcharged for 3 of the items and possibly due to them being delayed and maybe the promotion had ended by then (she agreed and gave me the refund of £10.45 even though she couldn't see the promotion on the system). Also said that there was no way i could have picked the wrong ones as there was just a selection in the promotion to pick on a page in Amazon.
Considering the phone call is free and logging into your account is free its worth a check :D
