banned#6
you'll need to pay me for it :?
#7
erm, did you really give hu5ler the 12mnth code :w00t:
banned#8
yeah

Oh, one does enjoy naivety - from a member named 'HU5TLER' too.

Like trusting an escaped prisoner - 3647 - to be precise, with your wallet.
#10
hu5tler i thought you would've known better :giggle:
banned#11
At very least, you now know that it has been used.

i'm afraid thats it gone forever
#15
I would have thought hustler would have known better.

i guess now he will scam the person out of the code, paying only £20 or so for it.
banned#16
Hang on, I shall pursue him on my unicorn. Or we could call 999. Perhaps all I can suggest, is that you think before you act next time. Because as far as I know, the code can only be used once and no money was exchanged - so he has hardly stolen it and hardly has any obligation to pay for it now.
#17
Lol, this is hilarious!
#18
That is exactly why I posted first saying that you could check it in the redeem code option...then in the very first post I said there was no other way of checking...
Is this some kind of joke, or did you really send a 12 month code to another member...who simply asked for it?
#19
this is what i'm thinking - is this serious? or am i just up too late? i don't believe someone is this naive lol
banned#20
Ha ha ha what a sap!! :w00t:
#21
to be fair JDEAL the OP obviously thought Hu5tler was going to check it, as that is what he asked in the title...Hu5tler must have recieved the code, then actively entered it into his xbox 360 fully knowing what he was doing.

Fair enough he has been naive and a sap...but im sure most members here would have told him what he had done, then delted the code...not entered it into their xbox!

You just know that somewhere there was some poor chap, who thought he was so unintelligent and useless, just about string up a noose. Thankfully he left his computer on.

But, it does seem so farfetched. How could someone survive in life being so utterly trusting?

It has more holes than a sieve. We can also argue that the OP started this as some elaborate scam, in an attempt to force someone to purchase - somehow. Of course, we can also argue that this is some joke - which however small and petty - I do hope for the sake of mankind.
#23
I was going to ask the OP to email me their pin number, and post me their debit card....or would that be in bad taste?
Seriously this can't be real.
#24
erm are you guys serious? shall i call microsoft i had no intent of scamming !

He appears to have gone into hiding, as it stands we can only speculate why. If we are sympathetic we can assume it is because of sheer embarrassment. If we are suspicious, we can assume that this was all a joke. If we are absurd - like the thread - we can assume the OP and 'HU5TLER' are now married and living in Nice.

I will call them tomorrow morning i would have thought you guys would have helped not throw accusations !

I don't think many have thrown accusations. How can any of us help? We have no details. And I'm pretty sure none of us are Bill Gates. I think most of us are a little shocked at the naivety shown by some - including yourself if you speak the truth - which I am inclined to believe.

is there no way of having a refund from microsoft? or cant you just typethe code again in another console.
#29
To be honest I wouln't think so.
If you check your email address that is registered with your xbox live account, you should have an email with all the codes and an alert saying you have just added 12 months to your account.
Nearly all of these things you add to your account are fine printed as 'non refundable'.
Take a look at the email that you will DEFINATELY have, and just hope it has a contact microsoft link in it.

I am no genius, my son. In fact I know less on the subject than you, however, I can't see resuable bought products as being very profitable for a business. Unless of course, that was the purpose of the item. You best wait for someone with knowledge, but please, allow me to harmlessly ramble.
#31
my email address was an old one which i linked with microsoft ive forgotten the password to it :S

I phoned microsoft last month they changed my email address but still no emails have been recieved at this one.

This is the smartness of the average xbox user.

How does drivers staring at an accident whilst passing help the situation? How does the wind help the bird leaving the nest? How does a factory in Stevenage help the Polar Bears?

Truth be told they don't, but it makes them stronger. Tom is a set of weights to the OP. These people must be released from their naivety.

I shall help you!

Unfortunately. there is nothing you can do.

And Yes. I know that because I wanted a refund when my 5th xbox broke.
