With Kane scoring a sensational hatrick with Spurs today, Arsenal matching their 4-0 scoreline, and with Chelsea continuing their relentless winning run at the top of the premier league - could this be the season we have 3 London teams qualifying for the Champions League? We wait for Liverpool to play tomorrow, but as of now and as of two weeks ago, there's 4 London teams in the top 4! Will it stay that way?

Come on you Spurs !!

With Giroud scoring a sensational acrobatic goal today,

Hang on, acrobatic? Don't you mean he stuck out a speculative foot behind him because he was ahead of the pass, and got lucky?

Yes I've been drinking plenty but hey can anything stop London teams from finishing top 4?

If the league ended today this is who you'd get:

Chelsea (champs)
Liverpool (klopp has reinvented them!)
Arsenal
Spurs

Spurs is a tough away match and if we drop points there (which is likely) then it's how we recover afterwards. The amazing thing about the run is that we've won in different ways, be it the odd goal, by destroying teams and even going toe to toe with Stoke yesterday. It bodes well but there's half the season remaining.

How so? There's only Liverpool who even have a chance at the moment. I hope Spurs beat Chelsea, but Chelsea are sooo good right now...

Let's be honest, I never once thought that Conte would play such vibrant attacking football as he has on this amazing winning run with Chelsea. Abramovich must be well pleased. I really underestimated Conte, but well done to the fella. He's got a bit of passion about him hasn't he?

He's a breath of fresh air to be honest. He's got the players working their socks off for him, he's got Costa and Hazard back to their best and I don't have to worry about what he's going to say in press conferences.

Loved Jose but the man is hard work and he needs to spend money to win. He'd never look to use someone like Moses as Conte did. As much as I'm grateful for what Jose did and always will be, I don't miss him one bit.

I'm sorry but that goal is goal of 2017 on day 1. I don't support Arsenal but there is no taking credit away from that goal. An overhead kick is all about timing and connection with your boot. There is no difference in a "scorpion" shot like that. In the majority of amazing goals luck will play its role . That goal was exactly that, amazing.

I've actually watched it too many times. Mkhitaryans goal only had a few views off me.

I agree it does look special but when you look at it objectively, you will see that it's just as I described - a speculative foot, hung out behind him, hoping to connect in some way to a pass that was just behind him.

As a Spurs fan I was worried about the Chelsea match , but seeing as someone (you) has said Chelsea are sooo good (isn't extra o's a girlie thing ?) I'm quite confident now for Wednesday :) Lets face it it will throw the whole thing wide open (for the top six ) if Chelski get a well overdue drubbing .

Yeah I've seen. It was a lovely goal, I'm just saying the actual 'shot' from Giroud was more speculative than planned.

Rogparki, Chelsea did a job on us good n proper on our march to the title last season. When that game ended, so did our title challenge. I'm keen and eager to see them beaten. We did beat Man City when they were on an unbeaten run. It is possible. But the way Chelsea just keep on winning and how relentless they are makes me think a draw is the most likely result. I will put a £10 bet on Deli Ali scoring in that match!!

It's sensational from front to back.

Giroud's little lay-off is what opens it up and the guy breaks his neck to get into the area. He actually goes a bit too far though and the scorpion kick is executed perfectly.

Amazing skill but amazing effort to get there in the first place.

I'm a Reading fan and I hate Arsenal lol as we always draw them in the cup and lose everytime. I was there when we were 4-0 up and lost 5-7 lol...

To be honest Girouds goal wasn't as magical as Readings opener against Watford in 2008 lol.
