Ok never done one before I'm with e2save.... and have to send my 4th airtime bill with voucher (have voucher) within 30 days etc.... but as my bill is all online (you can only do one or the other apparently)... and I turned off itermised billing to save myself £1 I dont use / need. The only bill I can find looks like this (3rd one):

You may want to remove your picture, it still has your phone number.

Do you get O2 phone bills? If so these are the ones you send.

When did you 'sign' the contract? I have found that you get a bill within days of receiving your phone so that would be 'bill' number 1.

i am the same

i phoned o2 an got told the first airtime bill will come with my current bill. That turned up about 10 days ago but no first bill. Phoned tham back an the policy has all of a sudden changed an it can take up to 30days to come. Hopefully it will be here soon because my time wil run out and i wont be able to claim it back :(

but I havent recieved any bills as I remember selecting online bills (as you can only have one or the other) I shall go to carphonewarehouse/ o2 and see what they say.

I am a bit confused by this. It seems to me that you are billed by e2save/carphone warehouse and not O2.
I have a contract with Orange and I bought the phone through Carphone Warehouse. My bills come from Orange and has no mention of CPW.

I would contact CPW and see whats what.

CPW provide the actual billing for all O2 and Vodafone contract phones sold through their shops. Billed by CPW on behalf of each network.

Situation resolved itself.

Got an email with my bill *attached* yesterday (The September one that is)... look slike a proper bill so all is ok, thanks anyway :)

Just about to send mine off also. They ask for 'top 2 sheets' of the bill. Do they mean sheets 1 and 2, as sheet 2 is just standard details, or do they really mean sheets 1 and 3?
