Last year I had a problem with these and my index fingers both swollen up and it was really painful.

The same is happening again this winter and have chillblains over many of my fingers; I went to the docs yesterday and they want to run bloods and gave me nothing for it so was wondering if any of you knew any good remedies or creams to get rid of or reduce the amount of pain they cause?

Thank you. :)

Rub either a raw cut onion or a raw salted potato over affected areas.Let the juices dry on the skin, this will relieve itching and can reduce swelling too
