Does anyone use those bars that fir in the door frame? Are they safe and do they sell the kind that dont require screws/brackets?

you can get them £5-10 in argos:|
i only weigh like 50kg, if that makes a difference
i got i york one from argos for about £10 and its feels very safe and sturdy, i weigh 60kg and my dad weighs 75kg and he has no problems max weight on it is 95kg. Also you dont need a special doorway just a standard one.
They don't need fixing to the door frame. Each end of the pole screws outwards or inwards, so you just screw it inwards until it fits inside the frame, then twist either end and it will expand on each end until its tight up against the frame.
i heard they can warp the door frame, i.e. **** it up. Is this true?
