Choices UK - Problems?

Hi

Has anyone had problems with Choices UK? I bought a couple of games well over a week ago, got the order confirmation, then nothing. There is no option to check/track orders on their website, so I am now emailing them every day, asking what is happening.

Needless to say, all emails ignored.

I'm shocked at the total disregard for my order, I'd have been far more content if they had emailed to say they weren't going to bother - just ignoring the fact I placed it is rather rude.

Anyone else had problems?

p.s. Before someone asks, phoning is also a waste of life.

I have always found their order system very frustrating - no online tracking, no email follow ups - but they have always delivered the goods in the end. I have found that phoning them was OK before - they have updated me on my order there and then - might be worth another go?

Thanks Dan. My problem is I suppose I can only ring at lunchtime, when everyone else is doing the same. It's so frustrating that they didn't deliver on time, in fact to date they didn't deliver at all, but seem to think it's quite acceptable not to, and just say nothing.

It's for the kids and I can't order elsewhere because knowing my luck I'll end up with two ;-)

Also add to the fact that you may get a used copy without knowing.
I ordered 4 games in the same order, 3 were new and sealed but the 4th was used but in ok condition.

The one and only time I've ever used them, had the same problem, ordered, got the confirmation e mail then heard nothing. Chased up 2 weeks later to be told the items were out of stock and not coming back in. Cheers for letting me know then :whistling:

I am shocked and at the same time not shocked to read that! It sounds like a horrific way to run a business. Many thanks to everyone for taking the time to reply. I doubt I'll be wasting my time with ChoicesUK again.

Like I said earlier, it isn't just the fact they didn't deliver, it's the fact that they said absolutely nothing, meaning I don't know whether to buy the same thing elsewhere and forget them, because then I run the risk of ending up with two of the things! It would have helped me if they had at least said they weren't supplying.
