The hate preacher Anjem Choudary could be released from jail in just over two years, prompting criticism that his prison sentence yesterday for terrorism offences was not enough of a deterrent.

Choudary, 49, who headed an extremist network that inspired plots both in the UK and overseas, had faced a maximum sentence of ten years at the Old Bailey after pledging allegiance to Islamic State.

However the preacher, who refused to acknowledge the court, was sentenced to five and a half years despite the judge concluding that he was dangerous and calculating.

Hopefully he will be murdered in prison or suffer a serious health problem and die.

I Agree that he should be punished for being a so called hate preacher but what does it say about some of you hypocrites, and we all know its the same bigots every time, saying he should be murdered or likewise to his family - you should be ashamed if not tried just like him!

It's not the same thing, Come of it otherwise you're merely a sympathizer.

And, after he comes out, he will be at it again... sigh!

It took twenty years to get him into prison ....

No doubt he is busy writing his 'martyr' sermon for his release. Then he will be free to 'inspire' the deadheads that follow him.

Hopefully he remembers his soap.

What a vile peace of scum he is, Him and his followers need euthanizing, Sadly he'll probably be in a protected wing etc.. be out in two years with hundreds of more followers.

he is a good case for the death sentence to be reinstated...

Plus he had all his followers in court saying they will keep on spreading his beliefs!

What's happening with his family that live in the UK?

Can we toss them over the white cliffs of Dover so they can try and swim to a country that embraces their warped beliefs or do we still have to give them free housing and money?

he will be judged by his maker, sooner rather than later. l do not wish harm on anyone however when someone wants me and my countrymen killed and preaches it and influences others they deserve all that is coming to them.

He will more than likely be amongst fellow terrorists in prison spreading the word of hate and recruiting/brain washing more vulnerable people to join his cause.

hmmm.

See I dont believe in God, so personally I know he wont be judged by anyone after his death, I guess in a way it makes his cause even more meaningless when what he condones is in the name of what primitive man believed.

but i'll say no more ive prob offended loads, just my opinion.

He and his followers do not represent mainstream Islam which the majority of the Muslims follow, worldwide over. Ideally people like him should be deported after their sentence comes to an end.

I supported ISIS, i thought the idea initially was great. All the reviews i saw of ISIS online were only positive with the odd loser saying they were a disaster waiting to happen. The small number of negative remarks were not enough for me to change my mind. I was adamant i want some of this, they.. ISIS guaranteed me front row seats and a sharp picture of life where i'd be thrown into the thick of things. I trusted ISIS and wanted to commit to them for the long term. However after just 3 months it was not what it was all made out to be and subsequently i had to part ways with ISIS. Recently i wanted to give them another shot, but it seems they've collapsed? as i cannot find them anywhere. This was the last one advertised http://www.tesco.com/direct/isis-39227-39-inch-full-hd-1080p-led-tv-with-freeview/488-9668.prd?so_28&source=others Sorry, bored out my head today lol.

Why punish the Falklands?

A much better location would be in the middle of the Atlantic on a small rowing boat with a few holes punched into the bottom sufficient to allow it to sink but not enough for him and his associate(s) to spend all their time trying to bail out the sea instead of trying to row with the severely greased oars.

Yeah come at me you sympathisers if you want - most of you are ignored already - you'll just be added to the list - he doesn't deserve oxygen never mind a lovely warm prison cell for his preachings and the innocent lives (including muslims) who have lost their lives to the terrorist organisation that he supports.

A Muslim is murdered by another Muslim for dishonouring Islam, when all he did was pray healing prayers over people. But a someone like Chaudray, who supposedly doesn't represent Islam, and therefore must be dishonouring the religion, has never even had an attempt made on his life by a fellow Muslim. This doesn't add up.

Theresa May banned this person from entering the UK and yet this Pakistani hate preacher* who promotes religious murder and inspired the killer of Assad Shah is given free reign to peddle his hatred the length and breadth of the UK

The whole point is that we're supposed to be better than his ilk and shouldn't lower ourselves to their level isn't it?

Otherwise what's the point?
