Will be spoilers

Not looking good with all the defenders injured, I'm not expecting much.

Initially I thought good tackle, The ball went the direction of Carricks challenge, Watching it again he didn't touch the ball.

Not at all. A club like Manchester United need a decent 4th striker.
Obertan, however!! He looks awesome!

Shame, He set up first Owen's goal.

But since his flum chum went he's been frustratingly poor.

Maybe he's lacking confidence?

Last season I thought he wasn't really given a proper chance, This season he's not taking them.

Perhaps a loan deal might be better.

We have seen what Nani's like on his good day's, Just a shame how he's turning out.

Obertan, Could he be the next Ronaldo?

it must be only a matter of time with nani, he's had more than enough chances

Can't believe Fergie's pulled this off, Mind you Fergie knows his stuff.

I bet they love Owen in Germany, Another Owen hat trick.

Thing is, United bought him in 2007. Nani has a good game every 15 games. That isnt enough for a team of the quality of Man Utd. They need someone effective and with an end product.

I cannot see him getting better. I know thats a bold statement to make but Ronaldo made more progress in his first 3 years. When you sign someone on a 5 year contract, as Nani is, you expect a couple years (at the most) of nurturing and then a solid 3 years from that player. The way Nani is going it is going to be too late.

Apparently Wolfsburg could still go through, CSK fielded some ineligible players or something. *edit* Some of their players have failed a drugs test or something.

I thought United would struggle with a full team against Wolfsburg mind a miss-matched team.

couldn't agree more, he's seemed to go backwards in development in the last year or so, he's got so much potential but he's just not using it, the price they paid for him he really should be putting in the performances now.

Ans when he comes out with the things he said recently about fergie i can see only one way for him now and thats out the door, he's hardly got a game in the last 6 or 7 matches and only really played tonight because there was no one else

Doesnt show faith in him but he has been given chances time and time again. He had a run this season and wasnt great. United need a statement signing and bring in a real quality player.

Fergie knows what he is doing. I am very happy with Valencia.

So much for Chelsea being unstoppable this season.
I wonder what odds you'd have got on Owen hatrick before the game :w00t:
