I sent an amplifier through Parcel2go.com with DHL as my agent; the amp sold for £240 but I foolishly put £50 max cover on it.
Basically, the courier has been careless and the amplifier's internal components are all broken and the wooden casing has all been cracked down the one side.
Now I am only liable for £50 through parcel2go.com - is there any chance of DHL paying out if I go direct even though it says on the P2G website:
1. Where and how do i make a claim(s) for either loss or damage
All claims MUST be sent via the parcel2go.com office by post. Any claim sent directly to the carrier will be rejected. You can find claim forms by going to http://www.parcel2go.com/claims
I really dont know what to do, and im out so much money
