whats the file extention?

.3gp
.mpeg

search google on klite codec pack from codec central and try that using media player classic to playback. Get hold of a program called gspot /drag file or open file with it, it will tell you what format it is or give a clue as to whats missing

try VLC media player, plays most stuff without additional download :thumbsup:
