Collect+ couldnt care less...
...so much so they lost one of my parcels
...and had problems at 3 stores I tried on 2 separate occasions
...thus the shops actually don't care.

Well tbh the first parcel they lost when the shop didnt know how to do it, then said they couldnt do it as it wasnt working, but collect plus and paypoint said it was! Then I was left 4 weeks with it lost in transit somewhere! Then even though it only covers £40 I got £75 roughly in compensation!

They are as good as your shop is really, which the shops near me dont like doing it ~(I dont think they make anything out of it, and they have to store the items and are liable for damage until they are picked up) thus lots of ours say they cant do it or the system is down when it actually isnt.

The guys for collect+ on the end of the phone are some of the nicest and best customer reps ive ever spoken to though.

your insured for upto £40

The Company shall only be responsible for any loss or damage to a Parcel for non-delivery or mis-delivery if it is proved that the loss, damage, non-delivery or mis-delivery was due to the negligence or default of the Company or its agents

Since the Company is unable to assess the cost to a Customer of the loss or damage of any Parcel, in no case whatsoever shall any liability of the Company, however arising and notwithstanding any lack of explanation, exceed the cost value of the relevant goods in a Parcel or £40 whichever is less.

It comes to no suprise that c+ use HDNL drivers , this could be the cause of their problem

Ive sent about 10 parcels now with Collect+. there was a problem first time i used them as they though it was a catalogue return and it went via Littlewoods !

However not had a problem since then, apart from the guy in the shop thinking im the delivery driver when i try and drop off a parcel , i stopped wearing my florescent vest now and don't have a problem LOL

Every courier in the UK has horror stories
