I paid to use collect+ but have decided not to go ahead with the delivery. I contacted them for a refund and they say that they can't refund me as it is not an error on their part!! WTF?! He said he had contacted head office and that's their decision.
So I have paid for a service that I am not using and have no way of getting my money back...is this right? Can they do that? Any help would be gratefully received.
