It makes me cry all the time. It started yesterday with the mountain climb, the clip where Fern Cotton passed out. The pain of seeing children in hospital here is unbearable, even more so when you know they have little chance :-(

i know just a moment ago these children got reunited with their mum they hadnt seen each other for i think 2 years it kills me not seeing my son for 6 hours,

Why can't these people in Africa just not have sex and bring their kids into the world when they are unable to look after them, and then poverty will be cut down.
#3
What makes me cry is that that woman was living with a hole in her roof for all that time.

i used to think like that but then when i became a parent seeing any child suffer is just wrong, children dont asked to be born and dont deserve to be victims

I felt that way for a while too, but they are no different to impoverished folks in the western world.
If you were on the street in the morning with nothing what would you do first.?

I don't get where you are coming from with that?

These that are on now about these kids who are looking after their parents.
Now THAT'S what we should be giving to.

Charity begins at home.

I think that aswell, but kids should not be put in that posisition in the first place. I blame the parents. I do feel sorry for these children.

bunch of celebs on an ego trip ,
the mountain climb was a joke , 200 support staff and a £40,000 flight so they could get home early!

Yes but all the money that was splashed out on it, they could of donated that money and all done something else instead, people probably could not care less what they did, aslong as it was a celeb.

I have no idea what it cost to fund the event but it won't have been 1 .5 Million.

they could have got more than double the donations ,
if the same celebs had done a week on a building site instead of a funded walking holiday
#20
yeah but they would have still had to pay £40,000 for bacon sarnies for moyles.....

They could raise 1.5m just allowing their pictures in the papers, does it matter what they did, they did it.

What would you have done to raise 1.5 million, bearing in mind you are not a celeb.

You know I suppose that much of the money raised is spent in the uk.

Because a long time ago some nice people sent from the Vatican educated these heathens that using condoms was morally wrong.

Poverty could also be cut down if the wealth of the world was more evenly distributed and humans decided to stop exploiting one another.

In response, what they did garnered more attention than if they just allowed their photo in the papers.

Yes I nearly shed a tear at how pathetic the whole thing is.

That mountain climb was ridiculous, 400 african guys getting paid 19p to help fat chris moyles lift his fat **** up a ledge. Nonsense.

As for fearne cotton, that cow should be shot. As cheryl tweedy was getting more attention she needs to fake that she might die then spends the time wondering about looking sad holding her tummy all the while thinking yee haa i'll be getting willoughbys job on the x factor because of this. ching ching.

As for tonight, my god it horrible watching the bbc spend our cash on not being funny in order to get us to give even more of our cash. Just scrap the whole thing and use the cash they would've wasted on taking cotton and their ilk over to africa to patronise the locals and build them a few wells and hand out some johnnies.
