I believe this company has changed hands recently. The customer service of the new owners is very poor. I was sent an incorrect item late in 2008. I sent the item back to them by recorded delivery. They acknowledged the return and refunded me the original cost of the item. I am yet to be refunded for the cost of the postage of the item to myself or for the cost of sending the item back to them by recorded delivery. This is despite emailing them roughly 10 times. I have now reported them to trading standards.
I thought you fellow hot dealers would appreciate knowing that if you purchase from this company then there is a good chance that you will end up out of pocket!
