I need some new ink for my printer (epson rx520) a multi pack is around £24 for the epson branded ones were as on ebay the compatable ones only cost around £3 massive saving but is it worth it? or are they c**p eg is the ink not the same quality or do they weck your printer.

If somesody does use compatables which are the best?

I tend to stick to the originals but know people that have used compatible ones without issues. Wouldn't recommend refills though if ya had considered that.

You might find for everyday printing the compatibles will be OK but for photo stuff they can be drastically different quality especially with fading of prints and ink not drying the same as the manufacturers one.
Thanks i dont print many photos anybody else also have any throughts
Preferably use originals if cost is a big factor inkrite are good quality compatibles anything cheaper I have found will eventually clog up your print head or as already stated print quality will not be great
