Essentially was on hold a lot, and as I dont have a landline was charged 25p a minute, and my £10 top up which I put on today is all gone!
Essentially ordered a new PC 3 weeks ago, arrived with a bashed box and not working, claimed to sent returns label, 10 days later nothing, so I phoned and they promised an engineer visit today and a phone call, got neither, so phoned back and the customer advisor themselves said the system shows as him arriving and doing the job! and if he hadnt they will rearrange, but my credit went before it was arranged.
I have already spent over £15 in phone calls to them in the last few days and feel I should get it back!
What should I do
