Now, I was lied to, twice, and I want to open an official complaint to Tesco. I know how to do this, but I need advice on key elements to say, or make a point of.
Does anyone have any hints or tips on how to go about this in this scenario? I have plans of going into my local Tesco(s) and seeing if the game is in stock. If the game is in stock, what should I do?
