Complaining to Tesco (Extra)

Hey all,

I am going to be complaining to Tesco Extra re http://www.hotukdeals.com/item/172776/time-crisis-4-delay

Now, I was lied to, twice, and I want to open an official complaint to Tesco. I know how to do this, but I need advice on key elements to say, or make a point of.

Does anyone have any hints or tips on how to go about this in this scenario? I have plans of going into my local Tesco(s) and seeing if the game is in stock. If the game is in stock, what should I do?

Cheers all,

Rb

minor edit: add to or make a point of as I don't want to lie myself.

Did this need a new thread? could of continued in the other one, some rookie screwed up your order, go elsewhere next time, you might get a ten quid voucher for all your hassle, stores lie all the time about orders they have messed up, just boycott em.

Probably not in hind site. border lining on taking the mentioned thread above off topic to complaints, or creating a new one that was similar... Guess I chose the latter. My mistake if this is inappropriate, and happy for it to be deleted if this is the case.

Dont waste your time complaining. All their complaints get dealt with a call centre in dundee (whether over the phone, by email or post). The call centre is full of inadequate staff on minimum wage who dont even work for Tesco. They have targets they have to meet with the number of complaints they "resolve" and they will fob you off with some bullsh*t anyway.
Even if you send a letter to their head office in Cheshunt, it will be answered by the children in the Dundee call centre.

Cut your losses. Cancel the order and get refunded. Buy it from another store. I would never recommend buying online from Tesco anyway.

wouldnt waste your time, they either get back to you with sincere appologies, basically they dont give a rats donkey, or dont even bother acknowledging your complaint
