does anyone know the best route to complaint if not resolve by the company itself??
I have place the order online, it does not allow different billing address and del address online.
So I ring up to explain that the 2 address is different. The guy said OK and change the address for me. That lead to fail security check. As changing the del address means changing the billing address as well. I only find out when they have cancel my order. That was not me wrong and I have lose the deal as it is not on anymore.
Dialaphone said they cannot do anything as the order has been cancel. But I am sure that there must be something they can do due to their own fauty.
Does anyone know a way to effective complaint route? any newspaper or gov dept????
Please help as I am really cross.
