I've got a long drawn out saga where i've been trying to chabge the address on my abbey credit card since the beginning of december, i've wrote letters had numerous calls to the call centre and spoke to managers.
the issue being they wanted me to go into a branch to confirm it, yet living on the isle of man we don't have a branch, so i was told to send copy of passport utlity bill etc which i did..twice
anyway, i finally decided to write to the complaints department, telling them i am now not getting any of my mail to my old address ( i am, it's on divert until the end of the month, but i'm not telling them that) and so i want this sorted asap.
Today i get a letter saying they will look not it, sent to...yes you've guessed it, my old address!!
I wouldn't mind but when i originally wrote to confirm my chage of address they sent me a letter to my new one.
totally awful compant to deal with, never again!!
