I am trying to complain to Three about their awful customer services but keep getting shifted via the Indian call centre who couldnt give a damn what I say!
Basis of complaint it that I was promised an upgrade to be delivered the next following day (Thurs) at 11.30am on the Thurs I got a text message saying it had been cancelled and would be delivered the next day, day 1 ruined. The next day (Fri) the phone was delivered to the wrong address even though the guy confirmed my address when he ordered it. Didnt find this out until 6pm. Promised to re deliver on the Weds when I would work from home all day so they could deliver. At 4pm I phone and am told that the phone was delievered to my address but no one was in, contact the delivery company who said that the phone was delivered to my old address on the instruction of Three. Told I could cancel my upgrade and go to a Three store and upgrade an get exactly the same deals. I go to the Three store and they put me through to the call centre who say I can only upgrade via the contact centre for free, in store I would need to pay a fee (£50 for contract and £390 for new phone to be exact!!) The call centre staff couldnt understand any problem with charging me £440 to upgrade in store! Went home with the hump and was called by the delivery company saying someone had attempted to collect my parcel, so I went to collect it even though it was cancelled and meant to have gone back to Three. I then phone Three and they set up the new Tariff.
6 days to get a new phone, 3 wasted days at home, wasted trip to Three store, and they have offered me £5 compensation and 4 days free line rental!
I cannot seem to get any sense from the call centre and even a chief exec complaint goes to them. Has anyone had any successful complaint history via Three or any advise?
