"Surgery will cost thousands of pounds. There's nothing I can do."

Pay up or put the dog down.

Accidents happen - deal with it. Entitlement culture, jeez it makes my blood boil!

I used to mow the grass verge outside my previous house and all my neighbours did the same. It's called civic pride.

funny you should ask, just remembered yes I have, my last house was the end of row and on the other side of our boundary wall next to our side gate there was a small patch of grass about 15ft x 5ft council rarely touched it and it only took 5 mins to cut after doing my own garden

have you ever got of your backside and done something that wasn't your job or are you happy to moan until everything is done for you?

Why was the dog not on a lead? Council should fine her. Also the poor cat.

So she is openly admitting to not being in control of her dog in a public place? No one to blame but herself.

Survey at the end pretty much sums it up

Why would i do something that the council should be doing for me? If i keep paying them council tax i should recieve these services.

Possible reasons are that the "disabled" owners have never worked and no intention of working and just get everything given to them - so they have their Virgin Big Kahuna and their XBox and PS and Iphone5 and 50"TV and a mobility vehicle whilst drinking 24 cans of lager a day and smoking 20 fags each a day

and that's why they can't afford pet insurance

Because people do things that they shouldn't have to do all the time. It's a part of life. Deal with it.

so you think its worthwhile spending time posting a deal on here for no pay just to benefit the site owner and a large group of strangers, but you wouldn't use your time to do something that would benefit yourself and your own community :|
