Computer advice - graphics/psu

I currently have a Dell vostro 410, it comes with a Q6700 (Quad core 2.66) 4 gig ram, and unfortaunely an ATI Radeon HD 2400 PRO.
I believe it currently has a 350w power supply (only could find from google, although there is some conflicting data out there).
would somebody be able to advice me what power supply and graphics card would be appropiate for this machine? I would like to be able to play the majority of games (but not silly high graphics games like crysis) I would be looking to spend up to £100 on graphics and maybe up to 50 on PSU.

Thanks :)

Would that run fine with a 350w psu?

should be ok

HD 2400 = 35-45W

AMD lists board power of the 4670 and 4650 at 59W and 48W respectively and obviously they're single slot (with no PCIe power required).

Thinking about it, I probably won't be going ahead with this until after Christmas (forgot just how expensive christmas is!) but I'll let you know how it goes :)
