Connecting BE Router to Cisco

Ok this is a long shot but I'm hoping there are a few cisco experts out there who might be able to help.

Basically we have a BE router (Thomson TG585 v7) and I want to add a Cisco UC520 inbetween the BE router and the switch. I've read that I need to forward all incoming traffic on the BE router to the Cisco UC520 and turn off all firewalls etc as the Cisco box will handle this. Does anyone know how to do this?

I then need to configure the Cisco UC520 to point to the BE box.
