Any one had a conservatory installed by Canterbury Conservatories ( Part of Burnden Group ) which did had concession in B&Q stores until they kicked them out in February this year. They have taken 5 months, 26 visits, I have sent 42 e-mails, made 32 phone calls,sent 4 letters of complaint, we have more leaks than Tesco have and still not finished. They never return calls or reply to letters. Would love to hear any other horror stories.
Would also appreciate good feed back from any one who has had good service from other companies installing conservatories
