no, got vanilla - lol
#4
What did you put in it lol

I use a jar,job done,or actually my boyfriend does !
#5
I put single in curry so I don't see why not, whether it will have any effect on the cooling I doubt it unless you put a great lump in.

Agreed youghurt would be better and cheaper.

i used the uncle bens one, i always get the medium and add a carton of tomatoes with chilli, but somehow picked up a hot one without noticing and still added the toms and chilli, nearly blew the kids mouths off, me and daughter having the rest for tea but need to cool it down
#8
Got any coconut milk lying around? Could try that...coconut chilli...hmmm..tasty! :p
#9

not sure if our local shop does natural youghurt, hence why i asked about the cream, will go up now and look, anything else incase they not got any, what about sour cream? mind i doubt they have that either
#11
You could add lemon juice to the cream, to make soured cream. That would be the closest to yoghurt.
#12
If you have it in a wrap it never seems as hot as off the plate either.
#13
On Google it said sour cream or natural yoghurt.

What about adding baked beans or something like that, maybe that would help, although i've no idea as i can't cook !

I don't put it directly in the chilli, get a wrap and load it up with chilli and rice and spoon some sour cream onto it, wrap it up and nom nom........this is making me feel hungry now.

Could always put extra chilli in?

Fight fire with fire? :D

In my experience I find that adding something sweet will reduce the heat of fiery chillies, not enough to make the finished product taste sweet though.
Try a little chocolate.
I find that a little palm/ brown sugar reduces the heat of chillies - especially in Thai curries. Dont forget sweet, sour and spice make it authentic.

Something sweet as posted. A few spoons of sugar, sweetener, syrup, honey etc. Will counter the heat of the chilli.
Water to thin it out a little, some herb purée.

The correct answer really is what your particular tastes can handle and still enjoy. Try putting a little of the hot chilli in a few bowls and experiment with different ingredients. A good way to try new things without messing up a entire batch of food. I do it all the time in trying out new combinations.

Has to be sugar, don't put cream or yogurt in a chilli. You'll ruin it. As someone mentioned proper chocolate.

Google says yoghurt, but it also says as above chocolate or sugar one teaspoon at a time, but imagine how many extra calories that would be adding.

it has been noted by a few that he is slightly infatuated with me, but now keeps asking after my children , thankfully my daughter is old enough to spot a weirdo a mile off and my son is to young to be out alone, so both safe although it does leave you feeling a little eeerie

anyway guys as my local had naff all in, going to try adding a little sugar

lol... infatuated is watching 2 other posters all day - as you admitted to sassie.

I'm trying to help you work out what the majority here really think of you. Obviously I can't tell you directly - but rest assured, its offensive, rude, but the truth :)

Thankfully you have the Girl Guides badge for Internet Awareness due to your time on here and can point them in the right direction.
