Couple of Argos Questions

Hey All, just a couple of questions about argos:
1. Bought a blender there 2 months ago, it's now broken I have the receipt for it but no box for the item - does that make any difference?
2. Has the £5 argos voucher for spending £50 instore offer thing finished?

As long as you have the reciept then it's fine

You paid for the product not the box, get it back to them. Product is not fit for purpose.

No indication on the website whether the voucher is still on.

Just make sure you are careful answering any qus about how it broke - eg. if you had ice in it and it's not designed for that etc! With receipt you should be OK as long as it broke during 'normal use'!

I was in Argos last night trying to sort out my Dyson I purchased from there last August, basically as long as you have the receipt they are not bothered about the box.

i had a large order delivered saturday including a bbq which ive decided i dont want, ive never returned an online purchase before so can anyone point me in the right direction? thank you :)

online you just call or email them within 7 days?? they will come and collect it. your email confirmation receipt number is your proof of purchase. AFAIR
