I don't think cameras are allowed in courts
#2
cameras arent allowed as you've said hence why on the news you have artists drawing suspects in a big case, but im guessin OP just wants clarification if a person was found guilty / not guilty what sentence they got etc
#3
looking on the internet it seems if you ring up the court and ask by giving the defendants name they will give you a verdict not sure if there is a general list though

my mistake i misread "gone" as going on "can view whats gone on"

dont mean 'view' as in pictures etc, mean results of hearings etc....& what the defendant has done.

basically got a mate who been in court but have a feeling he BS'ing what hes done.

Should be in the local rag, if it happens again you can go to court, we did this for a level law and it was a hoot in the end we were asked to leave as we were laughing too much.

1st case the defendant vaulted over the dock and legged it, and was brought back in 5 mins later and remanded, the next case was a farm hand accused of being too intimate with his livestock, which was the cause of all the laughter from the public gallery.

Don't know about English Law but Scots Law there's no way to find out what anyone has done other than the lawyers/Fiscal and accused. There won't be a list of outcomes of cases unless you work for the Sheriff Court/PF Office and have access to it. You'd have to rely on a reporter being in the court to report the story and outcome but not all make it into the paper. Up here you can sit in the courts all day and have a listen to everybody's cases unless its a closed court.

Your only action, if you have no legal friends is to approach the Clerk of the court with the details of the case, and to be honest I do not know if they charge for this.

Matters dealt with in Family court hearings are not open to the public as they are held in chambers. Likewise with Civil matters.

Don't the OP is talking about family/civil matters - he's talking about criminal court as its offences (small/minor) that's he thinks the guy is BS him about.

Don't think you're going to be able to get any info on it as its in relation to someone else. Even if you tried to phone the courts - unless it hasn't been to court yet and you or someone you know can go in and sit in? Normally in Scotland you can go online and find out which court a case is calling in if you know the date and what roll number it is - that would give you an idea of what time it would likely call in court. If its already been to court then not sure how you would find out (legally that is!) the outcome of the case. Here's what we have which is a list for tomorrow and available to anyone:-
