Bought a 3 skypephone on payg from carphone warehouse.
Quidco Tracked at £5 but is now showing up as Declined.
I've put an enquiry into quidco so hopefully it will get resolved.
Only thing I can think of that might have caused it to happen there was a problem with my order, I ordered online and got a confirmation email but then the phone didn't turn up when I was expecting it nor had my Card been charged.
Phoned CPW quoting the order number, they managed to find the order in their system, for some reason they hadn't "progressed the order" and that they would do it right away (It was something along those lines) they must have done something as shortly after that call A confirmation of dispatch email came though and my phone arrived the next day.
I never had to give my Credit card details again or anything over the phone and they had no problems charging me once the order went into the dispatch stage so the details I gave them when I ordered were defiantly correct.
Do you think with the order getting Stuck in the system the quidco didn't link to the transaction properly or something?
