If your with O2 on your mobile consider getting the cheapest BT landline package (£11.25/month?) and O2 home broadband (£7.34/month)... [£18.59 a month all in but you need to be an O2 user...]

Just remember about quality rather than price.

If you are looking for value Be Broadband, Plusnet, o2.

im not on O2... on 3...

Sky. I have it with TV, BB, line rental and telephone. Dirt cheap.

Pity (take it nobody in the property is on O2?). Assuming you are in an area with cable Virgin may be the best bet; how important to you is contract length (ie if you're thinking of moving within a year an 18month contract would be daft!)?

how on earth i could forget sky?

just checked they have with tv packages+linerental+broadband which comes

Total one-off costs £79.00
Total monthly cost £18.50

does tht mean i hv to pay 79.00 plus 18.50 monthly?

what about bt for line rental and O2 for broadband (you get topcashback £50) so it will be

£11.50 + £2 (approximately)

Are you sure it includes line-rental? Check carefully, I think its £18.50 for tv/calls package/broadband but line-rental is on top (so if its a BT line its £18.50 to Sky + £11.25 to BT).

That will be

Line rental payable to BT/Skytalk £11.25
Free Evening + Weekend calls
Broadband 2MBPS Speed 2GB Download Allowence (unless they have recently changed this)
TV package

So it will be £28.75 per month

how much internet do you use? if it's that tight then get a pay as you go wireless dongle.

or ask your neighbour to share their wireless and give them £2.50 otherwise no company is going to pipe broadband to you for next to nothing

i just need min/max 2G not fussy abt how much speed as i use only for surfing for research. Thats all.

neighbours... hmmm i dont think 79 yr old lady next to mine uses internet :)

Assuming you have a laptop with a wireless card, have a look to see what (if any) networks are available and what their strength is - you might have another neighbour in range with a strong enough signal, who might be open to sharing the broadband with you.

Otherwise £15 is probably not quite enough due to the minimum line rental charge of £11 - simply doesn't leave enough room for broadband charges. A wireless dongle may possibly be the way to go if you simply can't afford any more, you'll just be limiting when and how much you can use the internet...

Line rental to Sky is £10+VAT. That leaves you £3.50/month to get BB and phone package? I think you may need to lift your budget to accomodate, or use less of something to fall into your budget.

I got Max BB off Aol for £9 could of had for £7 with talk aswell but would rather pay more and have phone with BT,
Though I was already an exsisting customer at end of contract, but you could always try.

Im with sky ya get ya basic sky package and broadband and phone all in....

Have you got a BT line active?

If not your first step would be to see if there is an active line in your property

well if you are happy with quidco then, Do this....
Get Home phone from PO £11.75 a month (No contract)
Get a O2 Pay as you go Sim (With £10 top up)=£10 one off
Go through Quidco and get O2 broadband, id say go Premium if you an get that speed

If you go for Standard
£7.34Pm First three months free. 12 month cost 66.06 for 12 months. £50 cash back. So total cost for 12 months £66.06-£50=£16 or £1.33pm

For Premium
£9.79Pm first three months free 12 month cost= £88.11 for 12 months (including 3 months free) £75 cashback through Quidco. Total 12month cost=£88.11-£75=£13.11 =£1pm roughly!!

So either way you can see you will be withing your budget. Even if you take the initial £10 O2 topup as an investment over 12 months!!

Again.. Quidco is not 100% certain, but It has been for me!

cheers

Talk Talk or the Post Office? Both around 20 quid a month talk talk will install a new line for £60

thanks
