gopt new laptop last week, after two days the fan wouldnt turn off, hp support couldnt sort it and said i could return it to ebuyer, ebuyer was supposed to sort it, its took them till yesterday to send me a delivery date of today, phoned every day and kept being told, after being in a queue for 20 mins each time, and now they havent picked it up after waiting in all day, im sick of continually phoning them

Even if the card company agrees to give you your money back, they will not do so until you or Ebuyer show proof that the laptop has been returned.

Call eBuyer, ask them to use UPS to arrange the collection.

Ask them to email you the UPS label. This way you can arrange a timed collection, at your convince via the UPS website.

Yup, call em again. Insist they use UPS this time. It's the most expensive option for them, hence they are reluctant.

If they agree to email you the label you can arrange a specific collection time on the UPS website (within reason, ie: Friday any time after 4pm).

I do this quite often with suppliers/manufacturers that use UPS for collections.
