crimson ds lite cant get it to turn on

my daughters ds lite, crimson, was new at christmas but wasnt bought in the uk.
went to turn on last night wont come on, have checked battery is fully charged, but still nothing on ds, no sign of it going was no dead pixels etc before.
screens in grt condtion as got them protecters on,
and on the out side as well.
are they worth selling on and if so at what about prices, or can it be fixed?
can do pics will add them in the next hour.

wrong section this is the FS/FT this needs to be in misc

if you are selling you need to state a price and not ask whats its worth etc

there was a faulty one on here the other day sold for £30, i can offer £25 ?

debbie26pet, as pointed out above, if you do want to sell this on HUKD then you do need to add a price & Photos of the items showing your HUKD user name & date.

If you are asking purely for help in pricing the items then this thread needs to be moved to MISC & you would then need to report it http://www.hotukdeals.com/forums/images/custom_buttons/report.gif to be closed once you had received the relevant information & then wait at least 7 days before listing it for sale as per Forum rules.

Is it not worth trying sending it back to Nintendo or something,just seems waste if you just had it for Xmas...do they deal with a product here bought outside U.K / Europe? or can't you send it back to where you bought it from?

im no sure which way i would go to do it, and how long it would take for them to fix/replace it,
typical it to go wrong over 6 weeks hols

I gotta go out shortly so quick reply,I think you should call them up and ask and mention where you bought it from cos they might not be able to deal with it for whatever reason if you bought outside E.U.

We had a DS an original silver 1 and it was out fo warranty and Nintendo fixed it for free and it was back really quickly.

Failing that you should try send it back to where you bought it from to see if replace it. If it's not been dropped at all that is,just DS in my opinion seems pretty reliable so there no way it should be broken now.

hi thanks for the reply after buying her a new one today, the computer shop i got from, repairs them and when i told him what was wrong, he told us it can be repaired for £25,
so we gonna take the chance to have it done.

They should be repairing for free under warranty anyway.
