Have a look on the packet. If theres a snowflake with freezing guidelines you have your answer.

That's how they make them in the first place. By freezing them and then shipping them into england, so they can be called french croissants. French sticks are the same.
Just remember to dethaw them at room temperature and they will be fine:thumbsup:

No snowflake, on Google it refers to freezing the Croissant dough.... No good to me lol

My body clock is a bit shot atm, but waiting for OH to get back from the That that concert at the millenium in Cardiff. Then i will go to bed.

If your anything like me, I buy a load when on offer, bung em in the freezer then forget they are there for about a year! :)

I regularly freeze croissants and defrost them in the micro, always fine. :)
