Reserved an item online last night, went in today and they said there was no record of it.
But before that it took 10 minutes to serve me though the store was empty the staff looked at me for a second and just continued talking to each other occasionally glancing across at me, it wasnt until I said "excuse me" I got served
Knowing there was 2 branches in town I said "what branch is this"
She gave me a weird look and said "Currys" in a rude tone I said "no I mean what branch of Currys is this" she went "Chester" with a tone of voice as if she thought I was stupid or something.
I then mentioned I knew that but there was 2 branches in town so is this the right one and gave her the code and she said "yes" she then checked the code and it turns out they never even bothered to put my item aside and it was still on the shelf!
Currys staff rightfully have bad reps as I have been to this branch before and the only time the staff seem interested is if you go to the HDTV section and they rush up to you and pester you and tell you to buy the most expensive tvs they have.
