D'oh can't remember the name of a program

I have an extrenal Hard Drive taken out of my old PC that is formatted to NTFS, it's in the enclosure but i want to remove the partition and format it to FAT32.

There was a really good free program that does this but can't remembver what it was! Rep for any good suggestions/ideas. Really want the name of that one!!!

Probabily but i wanted that windows based one as it was so easy to use ;-)

Partition Magic?

You can run it as a slave and format to FAT, FAT32, NTFS etc etc..

Really easy to use..

If you're using it as an external drive then disk management would be able to do the job via Windows Admin Tools would it not?

Works perfect, takes about 1/2 a second to get rid of partition and format to FAT32

if the hdd is like over 30gb wont fat32 have trouble?? or is that something else?

btw you could have just formatted thru windows device manager
