I posted in another thread but thought I might get more attention in a dedicated thread
Basically I ordered a HC35 camcorder from Dabs which arrived today. As soon as I opened it I remarked at how tatty the box was, and sure enough there was a 'QC Passed' typed up sticked covering the broken Sony seal.
Inside the contents were just thrown all over the place, not bagged up/tied etc.
Camcorder was in pretty good nick but did have small signs of use, and the battery has a kind of sticky residue on it.
Anyway my question is can anyone see anything on this page http://www.dabs.com/productview.aspx?quicklinx=3YY1TB
to suggest anything other than a brand new item and if not I was just wanting to get clarification this is Dabs problem and I am obliged to a full refund/exchange or compensation with any pickup charges having to be covered by Dabs rather than myself?
