Ooh, a stereotypical joke? Never seen one of them before.

I can see the funny side to the goal however.

There's a sense of humour and there's continuous stereotypical jokes that just take the p to be honest Smithy. I have a decent sense of humour, in fact I've been laughing with a few Evertonians about the goal today, so yeah I can have a laugh at my own teams misfortune.

What I can't be bothered with is the usual dross when it comes to the people of Liverpool. I'm a proud Liverpudlian so I will always defend where I was born and raised, something I'm sure you do as well if you're called a dozy, thick Brummie with your accent.

I've met many decent people from Birmingham through work who have a respect for me as I do them, so I would never generalise you with your stereotype, so I expect the same from people on this website, which is excellent.

If I saw somebody on here having a go at any city, Newcastle, London, Birmingham, Bournemouth etc I would fully expect a resident of that city to defend themselves against any remark.

Not having a go at you personally Smithy, just justifying why I posted what I did.
